All the Reasons you Need the Farlov Sectional with a Comfort Works Cover!

January 30, 2021

This post is brought to you by Comfort-Works.

The Farlov Line is by far the best dupe to the high end slop arm sofas on the market today!

Hey there! I am so excited to be bringing you this post. I know that I am not alone when I say that I own a piece of living room furniture from IKEA, in fact I own several. They have been so great for my growing family, who really put them to the test. This is why I am so excited to finally share all the slipcover details with you guys, including the awesome company I ordered them from!

A life changing miracle happened in our large family room specifically to our Farlov sectional, we were able to put a beautiful PERFORMANCE fabric cover on her. I mean if there was ever a couch that was beat on, it is this sectional! Here is how the room has always looked, I love the bright white, however it doesn’t come without its challenges.

These covers I wash usually every 3 months, and by that third month you can really see the dinginess on the seat portions of the couch. It is easy to get it out, as bleach an Oxi clean are my best friends. However, I was really looking for an easier way to keep these couches looking fresh for a longer period of time.

Then one day I got in touch with Comfort Works, which is a company who makes covers for all lines of IKEA furniture even ones they company no longer carries. They even make CUSTOM slipcovers for a range of popular brands such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware and a whole lot more.

They carry a wide range of different fabric types, you can easily get lost on their page dreaming of what your current space could be!

I knew I wanted to order their performance blend cover for my sectional, considering how much time we spend on it day in and day out, and the amount of time I spend washing and putting the white covers back on. I knew that was the right choice for me.

They were kind enough to send me a sample swatch of each of the different color options, they have a total of 10 different color options ranging from dark to light. Here you can see some of the samples.

I ended up going with the Stone color in the Performance Blend. It was a light gray option and I was excited for this color change in our family room!

The ordering process was easy, I was able to document the whole thing here! It was really simple to order the sample swatches too. Check it out below!

The thing I love most about these performance blend covers is the clean up, and that I do not need to be overly concerned if the kids accidently spill something, or if their Cheeto fingers get on it “by accident” hahaha. These covers are liquid-resistant, easy to clean, life-proof, functional and beautiful.

When the covers arrived they were packaged so well, wrapped in this bag to keep them protected, which I thought was a great idea!

The process to put them on was easy too, I found them to be better quality than my previous covers and much easier to actually put on the couch. Here is a quick video of us putting them on!

Once they were on, my whole family was in love, as I mentioned before these are so incredibly soft! Here are some images of the covers on and in our space! I think our dog has the best life.

I am so excited to continue the transformation of this space. These covers are our jumping off point, and man am I thankful for that!

I hope you found this review worth it, and I hope you take the opportunity now to update your IKEA or other sofa’s using the Comfort Works products. You won’t be sorry!
